Christmas Blessings!

Just want to let everyone know how much we enjoyed the party on Saturday. Thank you all for coming. We need to cherish these times together. You are all so much a part of me! I don't know what I would do without my family! Love you all so much. Have a wonderful Christmas!

Latest with the Andries Clan

We've had a fun couple of months watching Chase play football. He just loves it! We were 8-1 and made it to the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, we got our butts whooped. But I was so proud of Chase. He came to the sidelines with the most positive attitude - telling the team how excited we should be about the fact that we had a great season, how many games we won, and how much fun we had. Let me tell you -- very proud moment for me! It's easy to have the right attitude when you're winning, but your true character comes out when you're losing! We had to nix the mohawk the next day for school.

Chase also won our local Punt, Pass & Kick. He got to go to the Sectionals at the Colts practice facility. He placed third and got a medal!!

Emma just started taking gymnastics.
Taylor broke up with her boyfriend!!!!!! She is doing well in school. If she makes the A Honor Roll, she and I go to NYC!!

GREAT NEWS

Judy and I just returned from Oklahoma. We got some BIG unexpected news. Kim is going to have a baby. Its due late April or early May.
Judy has some info for Jerry on where to stay the next time they go to Tulsa. Contact her.
Kim had a birthday party for Kameron on Friday evening. He wanted crab legs, they bought 20# worth. We then took him shopping on Saturday. He is a good shopper. He bought 2 pr. shoes, 2 t-shirts, pr. jeans and a game for his Guitar Hero.

Weddings Been Canceled

Kim and Vince's wedding which was scheduled for the first week in November has been moved back until after the first of the year. We will inform you as soon as a new date has been set. The main reasons for moving it back - both going to paramedic school (which is taking alot of time), and no extra money for a wedding. After the first of year they won't be paying PMI on the house and Kim will have a bill which is $282.00 per month paid off.

I Agree

I believe a different cabin and earlier in the year will make for a great family reunion. How knows, I might even stay a few days myself.

Great news from Brad & Courtney!

Our new bundle of blessing will be arriving around March 2nd, 2008! Dr. visit last week went well. She even got to have a sonogram and saw it's little head, arms, legs, heart beating, etc. So exciting!!

More info to follow soon!

Summer Fun!

Our 2007 family reunion at McCormick's Creek was a great success, in spite of the extreme heat. We enjoyed the sweetness of our nieces & nephews and just spending time together. The pool was a welcome relief each afternoon, the meals were stupendous, and the 50th anniversary celebration for Marji & Jim went off without a hitch.

2008 is planned for June 22 - 29th, thanks to Ben's quick thinking. Ben, you are the boss!!

It will be at Camp McCormick rather than Nawakwa. It is sure to be a little different, but change is good!! Come with an open mind & we will have a lot of fun. (No muddy trips to the bath house)

Please post any photos that you have from the week for everyone to see.

We are all looking forward to having you add photos & information about your kids (including spouses), grand kids & great grand kids throughout the year. Hope you enjoy the blog!
