Moore Family Mania: Beginning of May Excitment

Reagan was born Aug 7, at 10:46 am, she weighed 7 lbs 10 oz, and was 20 inches long. She is now at 4 weeks weighing in at 9 lbs 3 oz and 22 1/8 inches. She is a very good baby, just ask grandma. Her favorite things to do are sleep and eat. Kameron isn't quite sure what to think of her yet, I think he maybe a little afraid she is going to poop on him. She is sleeping about 6 hours at night. Grandma and Grandpa came for a visit over Kamerons birthday. My mom was a great help and Kamerons party was a success due to her cooking. Of course she spoiled Vincent and Kameron with cookies. Reagan has a 4 grandparents and 4 greatgrandparents, all were together for Kamerons birthday, which was kind of special. Grace is her only cousin at this time, which i'm sure won't last long since she has 4 aunts and 3 uncles. Vincent is the oldest of 6. Hopefully we can all make it to the reunion this year. I will keep posting pictures of the sweetest girl. Love you all

Glad that's over!!

As most of you know by now, I had surgery (hysterectomy + a couple of other procedures) on July 29th. Everything went well. Not much fun, I can tell you that! Anyway, I am on the mend & feeling pretty good thanks to a lot of help from a lot of special people. I actually thought about going to work half days this week. But, after overdoing it one day last week, decided I maybe ought to take one more week to rest & get over it. Maybe we'll shoot for next week half days.

For the most part, I feel good. You just get tired really easily and things still pull & tug on the inside with getting up & down, etc. I'm not supposed to do anything strenuous or which requires lifting more than a gallon of milk. That is much harder than you think. You start to do things automatically, then realize, oops, I shouldn't be doing this.

Anyway, thanks for the phone calls, flowers, cards & visits. It makes things so much easier knowing you have so many who care about you.

Christmas Blessings!

Just want to let everyone know how much we enjoyed the party on Saturday. Thank you all for coming. We need to cherish these times together. You are all so much a part of me! I don't know what I would do without my family! Love you all so much. Have a wonderful Christmas!
